Casey Tormoen worked in sales for 25 years before leaving to begin Prompt Property Solutions and pursue his passion for real estate where he has been actively investing since 1995.  Casey is a Licensed General Contractor who simultaneously buys, renovates and flips single-family homes or duplexes.  His knowledge in the Construction field has helped him easily transition and successfully run Prompt Property Solutions for 6 years.  His business, Prompt Property Solutions, has grown to a full service property preservation and maintenance business with customers ranging from well-known banks such as Wells Fargo to large investor clients.  He is the anchor to the business and drives the business mission to provide hassle-free, creative and prompt solutions to his customers.  Casey and his wife, Terese have 5 children and live in Glenview, Illinois.

Terese worked in Corporate America for 25 years in marketing and project management roles.  She decided to leave her career to help her husband, Casey Tormoen run his business. She has also worked as a realtor for Koenig & Strey and holds a license in Property Management and Certificate as a Home Stager. since she started at Prompt Property Solutions, she has implemented streamline processes, saving time and re-work.  Terese recently launched the PPS quarterly newsletter, revamped the company website and managed sales.   Terese works closely with Casey to set company goals and the overall vision of the company. She recently helped launch, and is heading up the Prompt Lending Team, where she professionally manages millions of dollars in fund development and private money and is also a professional, full time private money lender. Terese lives with Casey and their 5 children in Glenview, Illinois.
